Núria and Rafael created their project Acupuntura Pel Món, which began in Morocco. They later settled in Senegal, where they founded different therapy centres. They also started the BAO TAO permaculture project, planting moringa trees, known for their healing and nutritional properties, and producing moringa oil in collaboration with the local community. This project not only generated employment and a sustainable income for the women of the village, but also fostered their empowerment and economic independence.
